US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Permitting Preparation and Coordination

If potential exists for waters of the US (including wetlands) to be present, the project area will be investigated for the presence/absence of such resources and evaluated per the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Standard Operating Procedures and Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation Manual – Technical Report Y-87-1 (V.2) and appropriate Regional Supplement. A Clean Water Act Section 404 and/or 10 permit will be prepared and coordinated with the USACE, if required by project impacts. If mitigation is required, our team will assess the proposed impacts and develop mitigation options and/or a plan to present to the client. If available and depending upon the resource impact, a mitigation bank is often the best resource for such mitigation.
